Pleased to announce Dr. Mahret Kupka will be the mentor for the “CtD” Young Scholar Museum Fellowship program this February. She will lead a mentorship session with the fellows and facilitate the object biographies workshop. During this workshop, participating fellows are invited to reflect on a creative and imagined biography of objects selected from the CRIMMD Nigeria History Museum through a discursive and creative writing session.
The “Connecting the Dots” project (2023-2025) aims at facilitating community engagement with public museums in Nigeria through the establishment of a young scholars museum fellowship program and a youth education program. It is implemented by the Goethe-Institut Nigeria together with The Ford Foundation. Up to six Nigerian museums will participate in the program over a period of two years.
